Refund and Returns Policy
Refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, no refunds or product exchanges can be made.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product (or for an exchange or if it was faulty), you must first contact us by email at shopboon1@gmail.com and then post it to the address we will send you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 days.
Delayed or non-refundable refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds are only allowed on original priced products. Promotional products are non-refundable (or only exceptionally)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged or for some reason don’t suit you. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at shopboon1@gmail.com
Shipments & Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
